12 Days until pitchers and catchers report. The Pirates signed Eric Hinske the other day. Last year, he went from the World Champion Boston Red Sox to the last place Tampa Bay Rays. They went to the World Series this past fall. Now he goes from them to the Pirates. So..World Series? Probably not. Unless they go insane and sign Manny Ramirez. Which would also require Manny going insane too.
Also, I got this feeling something is going on today. Something I should watch on TV tonight…. Oh and there will be about 5 hours of preview TV show to go with it. Oh, the Super Bowl, right. Gotta watch the Steelers win it all. Steel guys gonna go Cardinal hunting tonight.
